About The photo was taken in Yuen Long, NT, Hong Kong. The foreground is a large piece of land where a big public housing estate was built in about the 60's. The buildings were recently demolished and only three trees remain. The land will be auctioned in the near future. To some of us who grew up in Yuen Long, the demolition more or less stirs up some sentiment.

Thanks, Branimir. After browsing your portfolio, I am impressed by your insistence of not cropping photos. I wish I could make a good photo without any crops too, but the backgound here is too distracting if I didn't crop.

I like your photos, especially [The young generation] (which is my favourite), [Street news] and [Big fish]. It is perhaps a bit exaggerating to describe them as decisive moments, but I do admire your quick reflex in making these works.

Thank you, Doyle. Speaking of subject matter, aren't your color coded Pacific seals and cathouse friends much more interesting? I felt very delightful when I first saw these two photos ;-D

Thanks, Roby. I like your photos too, especially [l'onda] and [What are you waiting for?] They give me strong feelings that "I was there".
