Just added to my favourites to remind me to get another tour of the printers. Nice one (& strangely clean!) H:)

Thanks everyone...I know what you mean, Donald. I walked around for several days looking at each press. In fact, there were times when I was on the floor looking up at them seeing what perspective I could shoot. Think of the looks I got from the Pressmen. I think in a two day period I took almost 20 shots of the presses and settled on this one. I'm still looking at shooting the rest of the press but like you say, it's hard to get the rest of the levels into perspective. I smell a challenge.

Great shot, Ray. Love the composition and angle. The reflection in the floor really adds to this one- gives it interest throughout the entire shot. Amazing how clean the press looks in b&w. :) I've been trying to figure out a way to shoot the press to show how huge they actually are (hard to get even 3 of the levels into a good composition, not even mentioning getting all 4).

Just a perfectly structured composition. The tonality is great but the sharpness is a real mind blower.

It's a good thing you do get bored at work if you can compensate your time by taking images like this one! Can't you sell it to the company? Now that's enterprise for you! Great picture by the way.

Great composition - excellent choice in converting this image to black and white. I can't imagine it was nearly as powerful in color.
