This is outside a hindu temple (no shoes inside) in Colombo. She looks after the shoes for a small tip (there is another lady next to her doing the same). Sadly this is the way of life there (and in many other places) regardless of natural disasters...

Curious, to no more about this photo. Is she watching over others shoes or selling them or making them?? She looks like one of the victims who survived the Tsunami. It's very sad to see how bad they really have it over there. Overall, this a really great capture.
