About On the 30th of September 2004 a mortar round impacted and hit a trailer on Camp Victory, unfortunately one Soldier lost his life and several other Soldiers where wwounded in the attack. The quick response of the first responders were able to contain the fire from spreading to other trailers.

I think you got it about right to light up some of the trailer wall to show what they're trying to save Chuck. Any overexposure on the two firefighters isn't significant to the overall scene IMHO.
