Thanks Nandor. It is three layers in Paint Shop Pro. It was a pretty basic photo of the trees, the background layers with the texture and colors is what added the "magic".

Wonderful work Alan!!! You can see like moss on a couple tree trunks and then it's like half the image is being overgrown with it. I get an alternating sense of lots of depth and flatness when trying to follow the forest floor. Well balanced...just a great post mate!
