overall a good shot well composed and well lit. it looks like you used a flash by the way her face is lit. anyway
exposure is good and the subject doesn't need explanation.
i'm always a sucker for a pretty girl anyway!!!

Kinda of makes me wonder what the story is behind this one. :-) Nice photo layout and composition wise -- a little background to explain what she is doing, could be a good addition.
