You got some really nice looking photos here. What I like most about this one is how almost every surface has a different texture. The smooth/wet crumbling ground, the grain of the walls, etc...
The man running down the stairs with the kid (to avoid the rain?) adds a nice moment of action caught on film. There's good balance (the guy walking towards us from the distance adds a good touch as well as the fact that we see more of the lighter-toned wall), the colors look good and thumbs up to composition.

Excellent! This is nicely metered. I like the fact that the brick wall is not underexposed and you can still get detail from the building on the left. I like the fact that there are people in the shot. I have seen too many urban shots without people present. An enjoyable photo.
