Larry--I forgot probably the best method--Right Click the image and choose E-mail Picture. That is very efficient. :-)

Hi, Larry. Thanks for the observation. Always good to hear from you. Look forward to seeing your clocks. ;-) About sharing pictures--I can't find the "Send Postcard" option either, but I can suggest alternatives: 1.) Copy the URL of the photo; Paste it and send in an email. Example: http://www.usefilm.com/Image.asp?ID=1010323 2.) Right-click on the image and choose Save Picture As and then attach the saved image to the email 3.) Right-click on the image and choose Copy. Then Paste as a new image into PSP where you can re-size (if you want) and save it and then attach the saved image to the email. I've used each of these methods successfully on occasion, but none is as neat as the "Send Postcard" option. Good luck, --George

I like this one George, the sky is the more traditional Irish sky colour; it's this kind of sky that wets the place and makes the grass grow, it's not known as the Emerald Isle for nothing!

Lovely work and a fine title. Your selective colouring is spot on. John

I like this George, the slate gray of the building and the nice blue and gold of the clock. Nice work. How are you getting along with this site? It is the pits. Slower than before. I don't get any comments by email. Don.

I love how you did this in B/W then left the clock BLUE.
I have two clocks in mind for this series, but haven't been able to get to either yet. :-((
Do you know if there is a way to email neat pictures we brose on here in UF, like we did before? I like to share with some friends.
I have looked briefly but not seen a way yet.
Thanks, Larry

Thanks, Thilo. You're right. It can result in some pretty cheesy images. (I plead guilty to several offenses.) This one was a pretty easy call, though, because the scene was virtually monochromatic, owing to the usual gray of the Irish skies. (Are you receiving comments in your email? They're not coming through mine. Just curious . . . ) --g

Hi George,
that's an interesting picture my friend. The idea of selective colors is always tricky, and I think you succeeded here. The colorful watch takes the image out of the normal.
best wishes, Thilo
