Hi Mireille Am sorry I'm only getting back to you now... thank you for your comment on my recent Golden Gate shot. Yes - I have many photos of this place- I love it there. Have not posted any of the sandstone cliff faces as yet. The National Parks Board have amazing new cabins - high high up in the mountains with a million dollar view. Can't wait to get back there. Kind regards Shirley

Hi Christopher. Thank you for your comment - it's a very interesting viewpoint. I am however partial to rolls of hay - I love them - and the fresh green colour of newly mown hay is delightful to me, as is the old stone fence post and the colour tereof. Am going to play around with the black and white aspect in any case. Regards Shirley

Great job on this photograph Shirley. Just a suggestion on this one. I think this picture would look much better in black and white and the hay rolls edited out. Maybe I'm just partial to black and white, but I've always found that if I want the attention of the viewer to be the image as a whole, then I go for black and white, whereas in color my eyes are immediately drawn to the stones, however, in this image, I believe all the elements are important to the beauty. Great job though, I hope I helped.
