About	It is second hand camera. I like its simplicity of form and manual function as well as robust body. Nikon seems made more concrete body and lens decades ago than that of present day.

my first slr was a nikon em as i remember.never learned how to use it properly and i just sold it to someone along the way.... nice memories here. james

That era of camera-making was the best as far as for film. Not only was the construction ideal, but aesthetically, it was unbeatable.

I'm partial to Nikons, too. Even though the older ones were tougher I'm very fond of the flexibility of the new ones.
