Yes, I think Melbourne has the culture - though Sydney is one of the most beautiful cities in the world, after a while, that beauty fades and there isn't much behind it.... unlike melbourne.
I checked out your pics and the ones of Sydney are outstanding (you capture the city better I do, or so my girlfriend says) Perspective wise your images are awesome I love the steps leading to the opera house. But you know I think melbourne has a greater degree of subject matter than sydney for great shots
