A very interesting play of light. At first it seems like moving from night to day. Actually, even now it feels like that to me. The stroking gives it a good effect but doesnt appeal to me.
i love the concept though.
It is great learning from your photographs, most of your photographs show very intersting and creative angles and perspectives.

Perhaps no one is sure about the treatment. I wonder if it could do with more of the same though, instead of less.
I find the squareness of the chairs and the squareness of the buildings a striking composition. Were you blurring those two elements together with the horizontal strokes. Nice idea.
Something is bringing the sun into the midground to my eyes like a saint elmos fire over the harbour somehow. I think that's another plus. I'm not sure about the noise or colour of the sky though. It seems incongrous somehow...I have no idea what I'd do to rectify it but I like this composition Doha.
