There's an interesting atmosphere in the photo that I like very much. Despite the electric light it's easy to imagine people of the past appearing in festive dresses from behind the corner...

I did use a high aperture and the reason the side of the wall isn't sharp, it's because I focused on the far part of the wall.

This is nicely composed but the soft foreground bothers me. Try thisagain in manual mode, focus forward and use a greater depth of field like f22. Don't forget your cable release. I really would like to see this again with greater sharpness.

No the walls are a stone colour. This is the effect of artificial light on a long exposure.

WOw this is an amazing picture! I liek the warmth of the photo and the coloring is great! Beautiful shot! Are the walls really that color?
