Of the two photos, stormy is definately the better composition.

Thanks for the comments. The image was taken for a long exposure (8 seconds at f/16) with ISO 50 film (slide). The only thing done in PS to it was contrast adjustment and enhance color hue. If you look at the other Chicago photo called "Stormy City Lights" you will see that the two images were shot just seconds apart and that they are very close in color hue and contrast. I try to do as little to each image as possible. I don't know too much about PS anyway.

The image looks manipulated although there is no mention of it. I like the sort of unreal colors of the lake and sky.
