You could crop off a bit of the foreground at the bottom, to get the men more on the diagonal. You could also crop the image just to the left of the pack on which the leftmost man is sitting.

The expressions of the men on the sides are interesting, but the faces of the two men in the middle are obstructed by their instruments - a different angle or a different moment of shooting would have been better.
