An excellent action shot here Shafagh with wonderful control over the extent of the blurring. I love too the monochromatic tones that increase the dynamics of the composition. Cropping has always been one of my downfalls but we should always present as WE see the shot. I think you did very well.

a beautiful dynamic shot, ..
a small pity for cutting the elbow , ..
a bit crop from right to remove the wall would help , ..
