I think what is going on here is that her car got towed while she was moving and the tow truck dumped the couch that was hanging out of the back of her vehicle. Now she is making a call but only gets the typical "press one for Chinese, press two for......Need less to say she will be there for a while as she is French and that is the bottom of the list of languages. ;)
