About This photograph (4617) was shot at Hattie's Hat on 2007 February 9.

Pretty standard b&w work. No PS work after the fact. This is strait out of the camera shot using my camera's b&w setting.

Love to hear what you have to say.

Rina - Thanks. Yeah, I'm starting to lean toward the other shot anyway. Time changes all things, even my fragile little mind.

For me, it's not the flower so much as the eye. If she were looking downwards, it would not have been so unsettling, but since she is looking directly into the lens (at me), I kinda wish her eye was more in focus, sharper/clearer/bolder. Know what I mean?

Thanks, Shirley. For some reason I actually prefer this one to the other. It's not getting much of a response though, so there you have it.

A little too soft, and I agree about the flower. Maybe if it were not so dark...

Roger - Yeah, I think she ordered some food and we took away the flower.
