Alan, the hint of cool reflections and the warmer leaves colour work well together.
The criss-crossing of grass and twigs, help break up the sea of leaves.
From the thumbnail, I thought it was a pond of those Japanese goldfish (or whatever they are) :-)

By far the strongest of the three (IMO) compositions. Grass blades breaking the surface, visible surface tension . . . focused areas and reflections as well as having leaves on the surface as well as below. A variety of colors, forms and focal points . . . I'm particularly intrigued by the central, cyan crystal looking delicate stem structures. Nicely composed.
