Nice image, good placement of the barn/house and the fence leading into the scene make it work well.
The contrast seems a bit strong, especially for a cloudy winter day.
Greens seem too green, the mountains and clouds in the background a purplish blue.
You might be able to fix that with post processing or by changing your camera settings.

The light makes this work. Some of my favorite landscapes have just this kind of light, where part of the sky is obscured by clouds and part of the sky is clear, so it's like putting barn doors on the sun. You just have to wait for the clouds to move so the sun is in the right place.
I would agree with Jeff's comment on the slight blue cast in the shadows. The best way to fix this is at the time of shooting. If you're using digital, set the white balance for daylight and add an 81A filter. Alternately, you can reduce the blue slightly in your image editing program or adjust the white balance in the camera accordingly. Personally, I find that filtering optically rather than digitally produces a slightly better result.

A very nice landscape here! The only thing I could think would improve this one is to get some of the blue out of the shadows but hey, this is a keeper here man!
