Thanks Sal - I now think I have oversaturated as the colours verge on the unnatural... I did it because I wanted this one printed off, and the printing process usually takes the bite off the colours a little. - Andy

Thanks Steve. The original is slightly better, but the combination of fast film, none-too-expensive lens, wide aperture and the scanning process have all conspired against me! Time maybe to wield the Sharpening tool.

I took a look on some of your photographs here and on your website (I like a lot Northington Grange and also some other) and you should get macro lens, you are strong in composition and geometry in photography and macro photography might be a good challenge for you

Hi Chris, thanks for your kind words, and yes there is much more to come. You have a good portfolio yourself, your macro shots well deserve their high scores - was thinking about getting a macro lens myself for detail/indoor shoots through the dull days of winter.
