I guess your main object in this photo is the wrestling or strangling statue on the water. I would go closer to the object, definetely lose the car on the bottom right corner, and of course the fence. The fact that this picture is taken a lot far away than it should've added distracting car, fence, too much of the sky; which is bland; and dark apartment buildings. Unless you're taking landscape/cityskape pictures (this one is neither of them) get closer to your subject and emphasize it by filling the frame with it. Secondary objects can be added but they should not distract what you are trying to photograph. Practice always makes it better, welcome to usefilm.com
