Nice shot Kamran. The bird really stands out against the cleverly blurred background.

A definite winner here Roberto. The dragonfly, the stem and the background complement really well. The colors just fit. Well done.

Another one of your lovely work. Here I learn something. Ordinary subject can be made beautiful with a little touch of art (digital art) and some imagination. I'll try this out. Thanks for sharing Peter. Regards.

It's not a coral. It is a plant, a fern. The local name of this fern is Paku langsuyar or Semun bidari (Malay). It is a frequent epiphyte on old trees in the lowlands and foothills, and rather common on planted rubber trees. The spongy mass of old fronds and hairy roots usually makes a good nest for ants. Snakes, rats, and other small animals often make a home among the erect nest leaves in the rainforest.
Platycerium ferns are also known as Staghorn ferns and are popular as ornamentals, prized for their pendulous, decorative fronds.

Actually the image was touched up a little, cropped and tweaked the curve, but the coloured stones below the soft flowing crystal clear water were real. I used a polariser but could not get rid of the reflections completely.
Thanks for viewing and commenting.
