Beautiful window, Evan!
It's interesting that this event should be commemorated in such a way as it is not, of course, mentioned in the New Testament. We presume that Joseph died before Jesus did as Jesus asked His friend John, (whilst on the cross), to look after His mother, Mary. But how he died we're not told. The important thing, of course, is that we know the Saviour!
Best regards, Chris

It wouldn't surprise me if Timmy's went the way of all things the government would fall

When I was there I didn't get a chance to see if there was a Timmy outlet in the Parliment Buildings themselves but it wouldn't surprise me.

If there isn't there should be That's a Timmy addict speaking

Thank you Christine,
The subject matter in this was also of interest as it was the first time that I had seen it dealt with in any art form.
I appreciate you comments.

Great image. There is one on every corner so why not in the middle of the Ottawa River. True Patriot Love. (thanks for your comment on 'Shelter Me' and liking it so much as to put it on your desktop.)

HAha, that's really good...Timmy Ho's is taking over Canada...I went today actually, and it was, as usual, pretty yummy. Travelling in Europe last year and meeting Canadians everywhere, a common theme was a desire to go home and have some Tim Horton's coffee and doughnut.
Go Timmy Ho!
Cheers

Thanks Den,
They are tricky for sure. It does seem that I have better results with them in the last while than I do with other subjects. I surfed on over to your place and looked at the window you posted. It is a supurb Memorial window and you have done a geat job. Thank you for sharing the great results of your efforts.

Wonderfully clear shot Evan. Very vivid colours. I know how difficult stained glass is to photograph as I recently posted a SG shot myself.
My compliments in achieving a terrific result.
