Hi Virginia, This is a superb shot, outstanding colours, and an excellent, yet unusual Depth of Field (which works excellently, by the way). The background, with blue vs. the yellow hill is superb! Great composition too! What's the purple trail in the foreground? It seems a bit unnatural..... The detail in the foreground is excellent, but I'm not sure about the jaggered edge; It doesn't add anything to the photo, and it is something I would'nt have chosen myself.

Both of them are very beautiful! Wonderful colors.. almost looks like an oil painting. I'd like to maybe see it a little lighter/brighter.. but that's JMHO.
