An adorable child and a beautiful moment! Amanda makes good points about the cropping and the flash shadow. Sometimes that shadow cannot be avoided. I end up many times using bounce flash ar spend a great deal of time trying to clone it away. Keep'em coming!

Lovely sweet moment and I like the muted warm tones. Shame about the flash shadow and I would be inclined to crop out the empty part of frame above her head so that we get a closer look at her gorgeous little face.

Nice picture. Try some cropping though. Maybe crop by keeping the width of the picture but cutting of the to up to the top of the head of the child and from the bottom up to its waist.
