He he he. Looking for 'wisdom' in the wine cellar? I think you'll find plenty there.

It truly is a part of heaven, crashlanded into a rather unconsciously industrialised island. This beach will be lost before a preservation law is passed or is active, yet such is the case in countries where the primary interest is jobs and welfare. In North Cyprus job opportunities are dismal and some people don't earn enough even to support themselves. It is perfectly normal that industrialisation is put before preservation, because the first means jobs, the latter means maybe some jobs but not enough. The point is when there is enough welfare, there won't be anything left to preserve and we will all choke to death, breathing our own lungs' export. ('Future Noir' isn't it? Sorry!)

PS: Inanc the painting is made with simple acryllics and PVA glue. I'll explain when I see you next.

Very good Idea. 'Flag'????!!!!! How can a single syllable mean so much? Unfortunately, we seem to live in a world in which a flag means a lot. It can make people kýll one another, it can make people not talk to one another, and it can make people mad at one another. How weird it is that the flag itself is made of fabric and dye, which probably would have preferred to be made into t-shirts, or projection screens, or anything a lot more mundane and innocent than a flag, for a flag is anything but innocent. Moral of the story: Patriotism is a dangerous weapon in the wrong hands. And the bullet this weapon fires is called a flag.

Fan-bloody-tastic. Wisdom indeed. I can imagine an elder descending that staircase. I agree with you about the overexposed top corners of 'Pirates. I think a thin black border would help me there. pO))

The soft water on this one is nice, although it feels awkward to me to have so much green at the top, and then cut the waterfall off at the bottom. A little more breathing room would be great to show the water runoff and the great colours in the movement.

A very moody picture, simple, essential and with a superb light very well caught. I wish it was only more in focus, just to appreciate the interesting pavement... Regards, Lorenzo

Exposure is nearly perfect, and the tonal range is exceptional. Only little drawback: the image seems a bit blurred. But I suppose it's a scanning problem (I don't see you unfocusing with a 28mm :-).
Great job. Thx for sharing.
