Hi Joe, the lighting could have been different here, it looks a little flat, and a couple of skin areas could have been touched up, critical focus needs to be the eyes, nice portrait.

Joe, the double catchlight in each eye is a bit distracting, and the strands of hair flowing across the face on the right side may have been placed slightly different, but otherwise very nice.

I'm not normally a Landscape kinda person, but these is definitely an exception to the mighty rule. It just blows me away! It's amazing what mother nature can produce, and such photographers like yourself can capture, thank the heavens for you both lol. It's quite unique, to me atleast, to see such a large and overbearing mass of snow/ice on the peak like that so exciting yet so frighteningly powerfully eerie. Especially when contrast against the frail tree in the foreground. Well done , and thank you.
