About: Having spent years thinking about taking up photography I thought it was time I actually did.As i'm just learning I didn't want to buy a top of the range model (as I wouldn't have a clue what all the shiny buttons and twirly bits were for)so have gone for a reasonably priced one, a Fujifilm finepix s1000fd.
Anyway,although I'm quite pleased by my compositions,I haven't a clue about shutter speed,exposure,filters etc,so hope to learn more by joining this site. Cheers, Kevin.
