Hi Guido,
I have the HSHSB model that I picked up used by way of an online classified ad. You should be able to get any info you need here. http://www.weinproducts.com/safesyncs.htm
I'm pretty sure the products are available in Europe. I thought they were made in Germany, but I could be wrong. You should check with Olympus first anyway, in case they don't work with Olympus cameras. Wein also sells optical slaves for flashes too. That way there is no electrical connection at all. They just work wireless.
But most importantly, check with Olympus, or you could be back in the repair shop again.

Thanks for the help about the flash issue.
Never heard that was a problem and Wein Safe Sync is another new thing to me.Dont know where to get it here.
So we keep learning every day..thanks.
I am sending the camera back tomorrow.hopefully they dont blame me.cause after service here in Belgium/Holland is poor.

I believe you posted an image of one of these a few weeks ago with the wings open. Isn't it amazing how they can look so different with the wings up like this and sometimes completely dissapear into the background. It isn't until you start photographing these things that you can start to appreciate how intricate they are.
