This is such a tender moment. Normally I would say it was spoilt by the fence, in this image the fence only adds to the charm of the shot as the dog obviously wants to lick your hand despite the barrier. It’s a lovely image, I like it very much.
Take no notice of those who would hurt you, you are well liked here and we all love to receive your comments.

It seems that you took that one with one hand, dear Srna, the other one stroking this marvelous creature. To the chagrain of my parent I always loved all sorts of animals & used to bring them home. If they told me "No!" I just said that I couldn't help it, they followed me home. So I can deeply understand your love for them.
As to the photo, you asked for honesty and I think that although the love can clearly be seen in the photo, on the other hand your hand seems to have been added as an afterthought, by P.S. Somehow the proportions betwwen the size of the hand & that of the dog's head seem not to be quite right. Can you forgive me? Be that as it may, the final result definitely expresses your very deep feelings for the Husky.
Thank you for your very fond comment on my photo. I have to admit that the selective coloring you commented on was also, in fact, P.S. as I felt the the background to be distracting. I attach the original for you to judge.

And may I add that it takes a lot of time to comment other people´s photos which you do faithfully, so don´t care about such silly comments!
Furthermore this is not only a photographic forum. It is also a place where friends are being made across national and cultural boundaries which only makes it even more valuable to comment on many people´s photos because there can suddenly be a friend.

Ooooh thank you, Srna:-)))) So sweet of you to take this photo for me and also for the other doglovers at UF!! Another wonderful shot with excellent colours, angle and clarity. It makes me wish to be right there and pet the husky and take him out of the cage running.
You wrote about critiques on UF. I usually take the friendly approach being an amateur myself. I personally love getting good advice and constructive criticism myself, but I always wait to get a sense of people before I criticise other people´s photos. Not all want to be criticised and being an international forum makes it important to be more aware of the cultural differences and expectations from each other.

I am trying not to think what the others say but sometimes dear Pablo I get upset of people who are not worth of that cause I am to much emotive and this was an example for my temperament and character :-) and it is behind us :-)... I am opened and I do hate when somebody is unfair to me ... I am good here with everybody and I pick the people whoes work I do like and I can not be not enthusiastic when I leave my comments if I do like something ... but that is not the reason for you from UF to not be opened and fair with me, I know my skills and I can see by myself who is just flattering me. So enogh bla bla ... thank you for being honest with me from the first moment and very objectiv ... that is why I do have great respect for you and I do know that you are my very good and honest and helpful UF friend for sure from the begining : -) !!!

I personally feel that there is no wrong or right in photography,if you took this photo with love in your heart then it is right. If you like the photos you put up then they are perfect, don't let anyone tell you that they aren't, after all its just their opinion!!!Carry on doing what you love and it can't be wrong. Sometimes even our friends can be spiteful and just a wee bit envious of your popularity. Take the pictures you love and don't woory about anyone else's opinion.

Gentle and soft touch is a title that suits this image very well my dear Srna, they are very gentle dogs, and they have to be, because if the sledge goes upside down, the dogs go back and than you cannot afford to have agressive ones in front of the sledge. Very kind dedication my friend.
