Beautiful shot well composed, however in my opinion, the whites are a bit burned out, and a little post processing could turn this into a truly spectular shot.

Great image. Great sharpness and DOF is so wonderful that it seems like sky is the background and Egret is sitting on top of a Tree top! I love the image. Details are very well captured in the image and the best part is , the image is taken at birds Eye level that gives a personal touch to the image - a essential thing in bird photography to direct viewer to the main subject along with giving a "interactive look". Good work.
