Thanks for your comment Stefan. I agree that the reflection is a gamble. I liked it because it brought some colors into the shot and also adds a sort of abstract element to the view. Good observation, thanks.

The reflection in the piano is a little bit of a gamble but I think it adds something pretty unique and interesting to this image.

Stunning Mark, love the bit of reflection too. A really excellent composition and glad you did it separately, the composite was good, but this is 'grand' and needs the 'stage' to itself :) Margaret

Wonderful series, Mark! I wish I could say something sensible about the subject of the grand piano, but I've seen them only from a distance... They bring memories of glamour movies and beautiful settings. There is great elegance in the black & white color scheme, the smooth finish, and the red line adds excitement. Superb reflections and very elegant poster! Love the mathing red stripe and the cropping!

Thank you very much Kathy. Yes I do play. I've wondered if I'm putting up too many piano shots but I love the instrument, sight and sound. Thanks again for your kind encouragement!

I just love this series, Mark! There are LOTS of piano shots out there, but you have added something special to these! (You must be a pianist?) Kathy
