I am really stubborn sometimes. The camera shop made a mistake in their pricing, it was a closeout and it had been sitting there a long time. This thing called digital...
They made a huge mistake on their website, but they honored their price. It was just the body. The people know me very well in there and offered congratulations on the luck. I got lucky with my trip and it timed out so I could get a back and lens at a fair price, so all in all, I still have money left over for film !!
It's my first new camera, ever. Got to even fill out the warrantee.
After looking at the negatives from this camera, I have to say I will probably let the L go. I feel the H will let me learn a lot more about photography. Light meter's are our friends and quite fun to use...so far. I feel like I have so much to learn.
There are people here that cause that same feeling when I look at their pictures, regardless of camera and format.
When I heard you got offered a showing of your pictures, that only proves camera's regardless who makes them, take us only so far.
I feel lucky enough to be on your friends list.
Mark

Honestly, Larry the light meter is the funniest of all, 2nd would be the view finder. Good luck with your leaves.

Nostalgic fall shot? reading the ?about? I understood?
I try to be a decent, correct human being Mark but feel quite overwhelmed and cant seem to shake the nasty petty sentiments of jealousy and envy? but, you understand right ? a Hasselblad? I want one in a bad way my man? ;-(

The colours are wonderful! (envy you for that!!!) The reflexions are fine! The only thing that disturbs me is the bridge...is it falling on its side?? Or my eyes are betraying me? (might be, it is almost midnight here!)If only that electric pole were not there!!! Well....we pay for civilization! Gabriela

WooHoo Mark from a Lecia to a Hasselblad!! My mouth is watering, just thinking of getting to try either of them....neat!!
Another beautiful reflection shot. Our trees just turning slighty then coming down quickly, not much show in this area.
