I haven't travelled much in my lifetime, but one of the places I had the pleasure of visiting was Sedona a couple of years back.
It's the most beautiful place I have ever seen. I truly loved Sedona more than going to the Grand Canyon.
The red rock formations are awesome and so wonderful to see in person. Your image takes me back and I feel like I am back there again seeing the colors in your photo so vividly.
The cloud formations on this day were perfect. The red rock and the green shrubs in the foreground bring all the Earthy colors to life here.
Perfect! 7+!

Wow, John, I must find "Day in the West" Jeep tours, because I'd love to be able to point my camera(s) at such a breath-taking sight. Perhaps next time I visit my sister in Corpus Christi (TX) I'll be able to fly home via Arizona. I'm always impressed at the quality your digital Leica gives. Guess it's the man behind it, though... as usual.

Kim - in a world of photoshoped clouds, it was a real treat to be able to watch these change with the light. I should advertise for John at"Day in the West" jeep tours who got me well off the beaten path for this image. Thanks John for getting us back alive!

Excellent sharpness and detail... I feel like I am standing in your image, looking at the vast scenery around me. The clouds have such depth and clarity... very well captured. I wish I was there as well!
