The theme is sure good enough but the execution is a bit lacking to make BIP IMO.

More care should have been taken getting the horizon level (easy to do with a flat horizon over water), and the sky looks a bit weird.

Personally (that's just my preference) I'd also have used a lower camera standpoint, placing more of the girl's body but at least her head with the sea as a background while leaving the sailboat completely visible in the distance.
