Hi Joern, very interesting shot from above discussed aspect. Horses are blured (I agree with you "dynamic"), BUT rider's head is clear - probably because turning to the left at that moment he rotated around axis, whereas horses moved.
Technicaly beautiful tones and that lovely frame. BTW I was sorry to file my masking frame yeasterday. I'll try frame from hard paper or something like that first.
Are you profesional ? Do you sell your photos ?

nice shot & comp. & it will be more than that if the hourses were clear ....... but i know thier movements haigher than the camera speed ..... but good job ...:)
