About	This is the pond where I photographed the Green Heron on the previous day. Notice there is no sign of the overcast, dark, and dreary day...or the Heron. To see him sitting on this log in the light was too much to hope for. He was there when I first showed up, but the weekend warriors were out in full force and spooked him away. He did not return.

That clump to the right looks like a green fountain. The dark part to the left of center seems like it is inviting people to enter some unknown darkness. Who knows what's lurks in the woods? It's neat.
