Ian this image has always been special to me ever since I saw it hung in your first exhibition at Elgin library. More than any other of your images this was the one that inspired me to get back into photography in general and landscape photography in particular so a big thank you is in order. I’ve often looked at it and wondered why this image above any other and I always come back to the texture of the rock slab combined with the quality of the light reflected on to it.

this is good, maybe a little hot by the sun but the reflection on the wet rock is class

Gorgeous shot. The soft colors of the sky are complemented by the nice slow exposure effect with the water.
