Szervusz Sarah, many thanks for Your kind words!
This is a very good macro, maybe the crop is too much and I try to take a darker version.
Egyebkent beszelsz magyarul? Best regards Bela

Great macro shot with excellent details. I really like the B&W tones - perhaps a little more contrast to give it a bolder look. Just a thought :)

Hi Audrey. Thank you for the kind comment. I appreciate your critique, truly. I'll have to try what you suggested and perhaps repost. Thank you! Best regards.

Hi Sarah,
Good to see a couple of posts from you!
I really like this. I think it converted to b&w well. The detail is still clear in the center, yet it has a bit of a moody tone to it. Nice job!

Great shot Sarah .. well done .. great tones and contrasts .. I think the dof is fine and the shot is pretty sharp all over ..

My best,

Hello Sarah, Touring through your lovely portfolio seems you have a special soft spot for roses - the love and care you take with them show through.
This B&W version is very sharp and the 'face-on' angle works well too. A slight lightening of the dark centre areas may help hightlight the water-drops, perhaps an increase in contrast will give the pop.

Nice shot. Maybe miss a little DOF but it could have been your choice..
