excellent shot, it's very importante that the two main dark areas are NOT connected at the sky area and being in perfect ballance into the frame... and of course the colors are fantastic Dave, makes a very romantic shot, peacefull, calm, with the so waveless water, I can almost hear the soft voices of the bugs and the birds... excellent!

Hi Mike, thanks for looking through my portfolio! No I don't have one with that slow a shutter speed, but it's an interesting idea. I'll have to try that next time I get a chance, this spot is right across the road from my house!

Great sunset - like many new photographers, I love the deep rich colours.

You've got to snap them when you can, Dave. This is an exquisite sunset, that just says, "tranquility". Natural symmetry, perfect silhouette, faultless focus and colour saturation. Seven. I can't rate this high enough!
The sunset bands in the sky, create muted echoes in the river. I'd be very proud of this one.
