This picture means a lot to me personally (although I don't expect it to have the same impact on everyone). This wheelbarrow was used by the father and grandfather on their allotment. The image was the first I took that made deliberate use of shallow focus, after reading "Home Photography" by Andrew Sanderson, and it was the first step towards the kind of work I wanted to achieve. I find the lack of scale particularly appealing - it could even be a toy.
