About Please don't be overly-critical to this pic, it was merely just a concept idea. I used two lenses and held them together to see what I could get.

The lens attatched to the cameras was a telephoto set at only 75mm. I then held my regular lens set to about 35mm backwards, flush with the end of my telephoto. I couldn't focus the lenses and I had to just go with what my setup wanted me to...

I tried almost the same thing with one lens I got from taking apart a old camera. I just held it with my finger in front of the camera and the results were very similar to your photograph.(though I can't give you any details abou the lens I used)
