I must admit the Glitter City isn't my favourite part of the Gold Coast, either. Too commercial and crowded. Burleigh is much nicer. Still has that Villagy feel to it and the beach is better. Cheers, Ann.

One of the best images I have ever seen of surfers.
Like something out of 'Escape from New York' or some post apocalyptic film.
Gives me even more reason not to go there :)
