Wow.
Great shot.
These are very interesting creatures.
When you walk into an area with them, their eyes/head will follow you to watch what exactly you are doing.
I saw mine jump for the first time the other day and boy do they have some verticals!

Thanks, John. Yes, they do live around the creeks on the mountain, but this guy lives free at the Theme Park where I work. They breed like rabbits all over the park and can get quite cheeky when there's food around. Saw a big one jump onto a lady's lap once so he could reach her hamburger. Boy, did she scream. Thanks, Larry. The shadow was actually from the sun. He was in bright sunlight and I didn't need to use the flash. I can get lucky, sometimes. Cheers, Ann.
