I like door and windows subject and this one is fascinating, may be it suffers a poor scanning too, due to the lack of sharpness; the composition is outstanding

Handle... with care....!!! It has an old, brittle look, but then again... it has been standing quite a long time...!!! Love the tone, super textures and excellent composition... well spotted!!!! Too bad the right is a bit blown out, but a great shot anyway!!!

This could have been from a scene in a movie, it's like a story is evolving here... How very well seen. Nice toning, maybe a bit harsh light on the right but that's a minor detail.

I've been looking at your photos since yesterday (August 5th), Mr. Kocs, and I've liked what I saw very much. I saw, unless I miscounted, at least 4 BIPs, many abstracts and mundane object which you turned into works of art, also flower photos that look like abstracts. From your photos I learned that you probaby live in Pudapst, a city I've visited twice and learned to love.
The photo I opted to comment on is an example of your turning a mundane object, a door handle into a work of art.
You are, of course, invited to read my bio and pay further visits to my portfolio.
In the meantime I thank you for your very kind comments on my "Magic garden."
Best regards,
Dr. Rafael (Rafi for future communications) Springmann

Beautiful texture here Robert. Love the dark to light - left to right. Makes me wonder what is behind the door the handle belongs to. Has a very old feel to it, like it hasn't been opened in a very long time. Nice.

Oh, I like this! The sepia tone fits the old window/latch well. Nice capture of the chipped and blistered paint.
