there is at least one or maybe several books in all of us dear Mark.. . it?s just that darned DISCIPLINE business lacking - those who put out the goods have it plenty, learned it somehow. As for me I think I?ll need another lifetime of learning to focus on what matters instead of diving head-on into dream pools, procrastinating ?;-).
Delighted you having fun and creating art with the new toys...

A film to absolutely see? Jim Jarmusch ?Coffee and Cigarettes?

Cheers

The dramatic sky (Clouds) really grabs the eye like it's exploding off the structure. Only comment is image is on the dark side but otherwise a great shot. Nice one Mark, best wishes.

Hey Carlos, I am doing fine, glad you found your way back :-)
I discovered slide film and WOW that is amazing stuff. Seen a ton of movies, March of the Emperor Penguins was amazing. Kontroll was a really unique film too.

I also have a film scanner now and hopefully after long hours on photoshop element's I am getting "better".

Glad you like the Juror's I am down to the last two and trying to figure them out. I expect a book out of you one day by the way.

Dear Mark? how the hell are you? ;-)?

The gallery grown huge since your so very strange but truly amazing ?Juror? series, and I notice a lot of well balanced, very rich color work in your presentations. What?s going on? A man in complete control of the necessary tools to allow full expression of creativity? Have your turned into a PS guru?

Anyway? very good to see your work! And I really like the surreal appearance of your ?Four Breakfast? image. A really impressive poster!
The left strip (right after the vertical silo) maybe unnecessary. But I?m not really sure?

Great to hear from you ;-).

phlugerville eh? been through it. i think the light in this picture is good, and the colors, and the sky of course, which is great. But, i also think there is something lacking here in terms of composition - something that would make the shot extraordinary. it appears that you got carried away by the cloud formations and you forgot - or neglected - to add "soul" to the picture - something that would tell a story, or convey some sort of feeling. my opinion of course - regards, d

That's very neat the way the clouds are formed. You captured the shot at just the right moment.

I love how the clouds are coming at you in this shot! Wonderful work - feels like they are zooming in on us. Love this Mark!

Beatiful composition. The clouds give an aureole to the silos.

Wild clouds, indeed, especially in that saturated sky--a marvelous backdrop to that everyday scene in the foreground. Well done . . .

Best wishes,
--George

The clouds are very unique. They look like coming out from the two big tanks.
