About Me, that's who. All the time that I was trying to get an acceptable shot of this Wolf spider I was praying that he wouldn't jump on the camera, or worse, me.

Nice shot Ann and thanks for your comments. You even got a bit of a catch light in his eyes..

Thanks, Larry. I think it was a draw. He let me get my photo, and I let him go back to the garden. Cheers, Ann.

Thank you, Laurie, but I'm not that brave, either. This one was only a small spider, which was why I had to get so close to him. I didn't see the size of his fangs till later. Ignorance is bliss. Cheers, Ann.

Thank you Riny. I must admit I didn't realise how big his pincers were until I saw the photo on the screen. I'll certainly treat these guys with more respect in the future. I find them in the garden all the time. Cheers, Ann.

You are very brave!! I've only managed to shoot a very small spider so far--nothing like this.

Fantastic details. I like the shallow dof--it really draws the eye to the little face. very well done. :)

Arachnaphobia!! Not sure I'd have the courage, our spiders don't come like this in england!
Great title. Nicely done.
