I can't see the guy but I surely can admire a splendid contrast of lights very well controlled: soft shadows and readeble all the highlights. I like it Mary. Cheers.

Nice shot. Alot of times your camera sees things you can't see. He knew you were going to take his picture and I guess he was suppose to be somewhere else, not there, in your camera lens sight. He is hiding............The apple blossoms are beautiful also.........................Opal

Angelo, thanks for your concern about the bees. I was aware that there were a lot of them. It sounded like the tree was buzzing. I was actually trying to get a bee in the right position for a good shot. But, they weren't cooperative. Probably because I am not fond of bees and kept backing away from the tree to avoid them. Mary

Very good, I like the inclusion of the insect. But you only noticed him *after* taking the photos? That might mean you weren't really paying attention to the scene! Oh, dear... :)
Seriously: good fortune to capture a part of the insect, but it would have been a different class of photo if you had waited until the bee (I think that's what it is) had been in the "right" place (i.e. fully visible and on a flower).

Blooming apple trees are the best for attracting bees! I have one in my backyard and hundreds of bees go to that tree. That is a great shot! If you sticked around longer, i'm sure you will see more bees!
Great capture!
