Great vision dear Khaled !
nice contrasts in the B&W version ,
But I like a lot the colored one too !!
Both are wonderful indeed !
But for sure life is more cheerful
in colors my dear :))
B&W is my favorite in old Arabic
comedy movies particulary of Zinat Sedqi ,
Mary Moneeb & Ismail Yaseen :))

Hi Kessia,
Thanx for your nice comments dear, actually this man was standing below one of the bridges crossing the nile that's way you can find that there is a difference in lighting between the foreground where the man is standing and the background... And I think this helped to give the background this soft appearance.
Thanx againg for your comments, regards,
Khaled.

Hi Latif,
I'm little confused now, do you mean that you're still waiting for my photos? isn't the exhibition opened last week? I sent you a message but I didn't receive any reply from you.. so I deduced that you no more need my photos...
If I can still send them and share in the exhibition I can send them ... just tell me.
Good night my friend,
Khaled.

a man fishing, a classical archetypal moment! I remember such moments with my dad, a serious fishing amateur? I remember long endlessly boring days sitting beside the old man... while he dreamed ;-)?

This a fine image Khaled, well balanced and presented. The bustling, hazy city a backdrop and forceful reminder to the man who alone and for the moment at least, finds refuge and solace.

khalid although I don't really understand of photography, I think this picture could look better with colors.
I have not seen the river nile yet but I suppose it has a special charm and embellishes whole egypt. that's why I would like to see it with its real color.
this a great well thought picture anyway.
